CHECK IN 8AM-9AM June 18th

101-115 FORREST ST. DACONO CO. 80514 (DACONO GREEN WATER TOWER)

8AM-6PM MULTIGP 5B REGIONAL QUALIFIER SERIES

The Main Event check-in deadline is 9AM.  between 9am and 10am, we will conduct fail safe check.   At 10am will hold a safety briefing and walk the course.  Each squad of pilots will get 2 practice heats at which point racing will commence.

For the FPV Race event we will only run the 4S class, if you only have 3S lipos you can still race but understand you will be head to head with people who have more power.

We will utilize the IMD5 frequencies, if you are unable to set your equipment to these frequencies and under 250mw you will not be allowed to race.

Allowed frequencies 5685, 5760, 5800, 5860, and 5905.

  • Racers will run 2 minute heats, complete final lap when the time is up.
  • Most laps format - only complete laps count - miss a gate or go on the wrong side of the flag the lap doesn't count.
  • In the event of a tie the winner will be determined by the fastest aggregate time!
    • Trackmate Transponders will be used but not required

To ensure the event runs smoothly we need everyone to help out!

  • We will have 5 pilots stations each marked with a frequency.
  • When it is your turn to fly you power up your aircraft and place it at the starting line and return to your seat.
  • When you are on deck you will bring your aircraft powered down to the pilot station you are assigned and spot for the active pilot at your station.
  • Upon completion of the 2 minutes the race coordinator will ask for completed laps - spotters will call this number out - pilots may contest at this time.  DVR or GoPro footage can be reviewed later with a 3rd party to confirm.  If DVR or GoPro footage is not available, the spotters word is final.
  • Pilots will retrieve their downed aircraft and power off ASAP.
  • Spotters become pilots, and return to the first step above.

If you crash and cannot take back off without intervention you are simply out for that heat - do not attempt recovery until the 2 minute heat is completed.

8:00pm-11:00pm AFTER PARTY NIGHT FLYING!!!!!
