MultiGP Payments Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Prohibited Activities:

  • Illegal Activities: Using MultiGP for activities that violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices, such as using stolen payment methods, misrepresentation of goods or services, or engaging in scams.
  • High-Risk Products: MultiGP Payments processing is only to be utilized for Chapter Organizers to receive payment for events. Selling or distributing items that are considered high-risk, such as firearms, explosives, drugs, or prescription medication is prohibited.
  • Hate Speech, Harassment, and Violence: Using MultiGP to promote violence, hate, harassment, or discrimination against individuals or groups.

2. Restricted Items:

  • Intellectual Property Violations: Selling counterfeit or pirated goods, or violating the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Financial Products or Services: Offering or engaging in activities related to investment advice, securities, and other financial services without the proper licenses.
  • Adult Content and Services: Providing adult content or services that may be inappropriate, illegal, or offensive.

3. Compliance with Laws:

  • Users must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to data protection, privacy, consumer protection, and anti-money laundering.

4. Account Use:

  • Users are not allowed to use MultiGP payments for any activities that might harm the platform or other users, such as engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, money laundering, or spamming.

5. Risky Behavior:

  • MultiGP prohibits certain types of activities deemed risky, such as activities that could potentially lead to significant chargebacks or disputes (e.g., selling virtual goods or providing services without clear terms).

Enforcement:

  • MultiGP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
