Week 12 Regional Qualifier Recap

Week 12 of the 2018 MultiGP Regional Series presented by the Academy of Model Aeronautics wraps up, and this week’s update has some good racing happening.
2 qualifiers hosted in the now 5 and soon to be 4 regions
In the North Central region pilots like Chris “Phluxy” Spangler walking away in first place with a stunning 18 laps in 6:21 secs.

Then in the Northeast, Thomas “T-Rex” Heenan nailing the qualifiers and taking the top spot with 18 laps in 6:23 seconds. One of my favorite female pilots also showing up to race.
Jessika “Rotorgrrl” Farrar ripping up the track and taking 5th with 15 laps in 6:21 seconds that seeds her 26th in the northeast region and ranking her 119th in the National Qualifier standings. Awesome job Jessika! Good luck in the Northeast finals next month!
After 12 weeks, 557 pilots have done a lap or more on the Regional Qualifier Track and we are one week away from the mid-way point until the final weekend of qualifying!!!
